Thank you to Craft Kitchen and Bath for completing our prime bathroom remodel. After getting several estimates from other contractors, we chose Craft because their estimate fell somewhat in the middle, and we liked their showroom products. We liked the concept of “one stop” shopping for the major items (cabinets, tile, flooring, etc.) which could be seen in the showroom. There was also flexibility to purchase items outside the showroom, such as lighting fixtures, toilet, accessories, etc. Throughout this whole process, Karen Michaud was very instrumental in not only helping us make good design decisions, but becoming our go to person when we had any questions. She was always quick to help when we were researching for products and kept our goals in mind. Once the project started, Project Coordinator, Fatih Kutay, was mindful of keeping the project moving in a timely fashion and kept us apprised of the schedule. The two-man (sometimes three) on-site subcontractor crew worked very efficiently and cleaned up the work area every day. For the most part, the head subcontractor did confer with us as to our preferences. Having said that, the few issues that arose were handled to our satisfaction and in a timely manner by the Craft team. We love, relax, and enjoy spending time in our beautiful renovated prime bathroom!

The construction team, led by Angel Arce, attended to detail, ensured quality in their work, and maintained project schedule. They were very mindful of our schedule and our use of the rest of the house. We are thrilled with the quality of Craft Kitchen and Bath’s work and the level of service they delivered on the renovation of our bathrooms.

Just had two bathrooms remodeled and couldn’t be happier. I got four quotes, three from bathroom remodeling specialty contractors and one from a general remodeling contractor. All were class A contractors, insured etc. The estimates were each different with one Labor only, one inclusive, one labor plus some material with me suppling some material and one with labor plus an allowance for customer selected fixtures. All were approximately even so the decision was left to who I felt better with. I selected Craft as they seemed to have the best understanding of what I wanted and most positive reviews over the longest time period. The job performance was excellent, the crew arrived on time EVERY DAY, worked Saturdays to accelerate the job, even though not required by contract. Prior to demo they built a “plastic tunnel” with floor covering and temporary drop cloth walls from the garage to the work area. Even though we moved to a hotel during the initial phase they still cleaned up the site before leaving every day. The construction team worked efficiently and quickly, had several good ideas on the design and questions I had. I had experience with other companies where every thought, conversation, suggestion, etc. resulted in a change order and price increase but they accommodated minor changes, suggestion, or desire without issue. The standard response throughout the project was “whatever you want”. The end result was two beautiful bathrooms and happy customer and I highly recommend them. Before and after pictures.
